4-Week Yoga and Meditation Journey
Starting next week, Indra will be sharing a practice that he has been working with deeply in his own life. One of the first challenges many people encounter when trying to meditate more deeply or sit for longer periods is the body itself. As soon as we begin sitting more consistently, the body starts to complain — restlessness, tension, discomfort and fatigue arise. This journey is designed to help work through those obstacles gently and practically. Through a simple 12-pose Ananda-inspired yoga sequence, we’ll explore how yoga helps prepare the body and nervous system for meditation by building comfort, steadiness, relaxation and freer flow of energy through the spine and body.
